Nine family houses in the village of Dolní Loučky is a newly prepared project of luxury houses in a wonderful environment.
The village of Dolní Loučky is near Tišnov, with very good access to Brno. Modern and comfortable houses with gable roofs, photovoltaics and recuperation - a filter system for air purification will be built on plots of land up to 1000 m2 in size. The houses will be equipped with a ventilated, anti-radon floor.

In 2023, we will start the project of 20 family bungalows in Lipník nad Bečvou.
In 2023, we will begin work on this project of 20 family bungalows in Lipník nad Bečvou. Lipník has a great balance for family life, with excellent accessibility to Olomouc and Ostrava. On a plot of approximately 800 m2 , the new owners will each have a comfortable home with a double garage, a terrace and a garden with space for a swimming pool. Of course, there is a high level of fittings and equipment. We carefully consider the technical details and a adopt a friendly approach to nature as well as our clients’ wallets. In addition, this qualifies as another “green” project.
