Iva Kykrychová

Iva studied economics at Mendel University in Brno. She gained professional experience in
management positions in financial services, corporate finance and controlling in both Czech and
international companies. Today, she works as CFO of ALIV Development, a real estate construction
financing company.
Aleš Kykrych
co-founder
As Managing Director and CEO of Akystav, s.r.o., Aleš has extensive experience in real estate
development and construction. He is also active in the recycling of materials and importing recycling
technologies from Turkey, China and South Korea to Czechia. He also develops businesses in the field
of clothing and fashion through franchises of well-known foreign brands.
