About

This is currently our biggest project. We are building a whole new neighborhood with 27 single- family homes and 21 villa apartments, along with playgrounds and a park. The family homes and ground floor apartments have a garden, and all residential units have a terrace. We continue our commitment to greener and more environmentally-friendly living by installing triple-glazed windows, underfloor heating and photovoltaics, which have a 25-year warranty. Technologically, we have gone one step further: we have used "spiroll", a reinforced concrete ceiling construction, which, thanks to its low weight, does not put excessive strain on the building and is known for its long durability. For absolute privacy, we build with baked acoustic bricks - so you can only hear your neighbours if you really want to.

Each building will have its own domestic waste sorting boxes and for every house built we will plant 2-3 trees in the surrounding area.
